SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Franklin, TN in its search for a Senior System Administrator. The Senior System Administrator is responsible for resolving escalated service issues, coaching engineers to resolutions, engineering and implementing complex projects, and maintaining and overseeing the technology of their assigned accounts. The Senior System Administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of Information Technology systems investments. This Senior System Administrator will also mentor and provide guidance to the System Engineer staff.
As the Senior System Administrator, you will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. An ideal candidate for the Senior System Administrator role is someone who has the ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees, build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees, maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers, and managers.
To be successful in this role, the Senior System Administrator will need to possess the ability to engineer mission-focused Information Technology programs that incorporate both existing infrastructure and new system technologies, work with senior executives to find the best strategies to meet requirements, demonstrate a strong desire to work in both a position of influence and hands-on delivery, and support of mission critical Information Technology solutions.
