SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Bozeman, MT in its search to fill an ongoing contract role for a Recruiter for Human Resources. As the Recruiter for Human Resources, you will provide leadership and strengthen internal communications with staff at all levels, create and maintain a positive work environment through relationship building, and lead change management and process improvement initiatives.

An ideal candidate for the Recruiter for Human Resources role is someone who has excellent communication skills, solid interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, is curious in nature, is willing to question, learn, and discover better ways to do things, relishes working for a company with a diverse and fast-paced environment, is personable, fun, and team-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others and creating innovative and fun projects.

To be successful in this role, the Recruiter for Human Resources should be someone who is able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, able to organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, very high-growth environment, and has strong team work and project management skills.

Essential Job Functions

• Facilitate and engage in the recruiting process
• Organize new hire onboarding
• Support hiring managers with roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions
• Maintain employee data changes in Human Resources Information Systems
• Create reports and manage projects
• Other duties as requested


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a plus
• High School diploma, required
• SHRM designation, a plus
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of recruiting experience, required
• Minimum 4 years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment, a plus
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager
• Knowledge with new hire onboarding and paperwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
