SHR Talent is partnering with a healthcare client in Franklin, TN in its search for a Recruiter. The Recruiter role is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring onsite attendance during training and onsite attendance twice per week for meetings, but will convert to a hybrid work schedule with onsite attendance occurring only as needed or requested. As the Recruiter, you should have experience recruiting healthcare professionals, and will be in charge of seeking out quality candidates. confirming their qualifications, and placing them in open roles.

To be successful in this role as the Recruiter, you should have effective communication and organization skills, a positive attitude, be encouraging and realistic about potential matches, possess good research techniques, possess good interviewing skills, and able to act as an advocate for your candidates.

Essential Job Functions

• Refine job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the needs of the company
• Actively source candidates
• Review resumes
• Process applications
• Research candidates and correspond with them about opportunities
• Research job seekers, inviting them to apply to a job
• Screen candidates through interviews
• Arrange interviews, acting as a support system for before and after hiring
• Utilize databases, logging necessary information
• Assist with onboarding candidates
• Manage new hire paperwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Experience with recruiting healthcare professionals
• Experience in customer-service-related fields
